Refund policy

Exchange & Return Policy

  • We offer exchange only within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is accepted if the product is defective, or unopened and unused in its original packaging.
  • Opened or used products cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
  • To request an exchange, contact us at support@autoekw.com with your order number and a photo of the product.
  • If a defective product cannot be replaced, the amount paid is refunded.
  • Delivery fees are not refundable, except when the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

  • نوفر الاستبدال فقط خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام.
  • يُقبل الاستبدال إذا كان المنتج معيباً، أو مغلقاً وغير مستخدم وبتغليفه الأصلي.
  • المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة لا تُستبدل إلا إذا كانت معيبة.
  • لطلب الاستبدال راسلنا على support@autoekw.com مع رقم الطلب وصورة المنتج.
  • إذا تعذّر استبدال منتج معيب، نرجع المبلغ المدفوع.
  • رسوم التوصيل غير مستردة، إلا إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو أرسلنا منتجاً خطأ.
